  12.     Is there any other way to get the new Courier code other than calling
  13. USR. I called them on 3/11 and was given a reference code because a
  14. tech was supposed to call back. As of today I am still waiting for the
  15. code.

  17.     I like USR modems alot but with this kind of support I think I am
  18. going to look elsewhere.
